Richard Wakefield

Richard Wakefield is a 34-year-old musician, amateur folklorist, and historical reenactment enthusiast who mainly writes as a hobby, aiming to make British folklore more accessible to mainstream audiences in an enlightening and engaging way. He is also working on an anthology of Old West murder mysteries. His main genres are folk, folk horror, the supernatural and occult, fantasy and detective/mystery. He is also an avid video game enthusiast and Star Trek fan.

Cassandra Barneagle

Cassandra Barneagle is 30 years old, has been writing short fiction, poetry, and stage plays both officially and unofficially since the age of nine, and is a career writer. She is currently working through a Victorian/Edwardian short fiction series with heavy LGBTQ+ themes, as well as a science fiction short fiction series, both for future anthologies. She is fully blind, lives with autism, connective tissue and autoimmune disorders, which leave her in constant pain. She enjoys next-to academic levels of research, historical reenactment, hiking, and travel. Her genres are Detective/mystery, adventure, folk horror, historical drama, fantasy and science fiction.

Lesley McIntee

Lesley McIntee was born in 1967, which makes her officially invisible according to today’s world. Not that she cares a damn, as it’s easier to sneak up on the patriarchy that way. Lesley enjoys writing, re-enacting, dressing in leopard print, encouraging new writing talent, researching anything, running conventions and events and crossing genres to see what happens. She is aided in these endeavours by four cats and some very good friends. She continues David’s work of playing with swords, critiquing film choreography, fighting bigotry, and fostering new writing talent from diverse backgrounds.

Lesley is an advocate for LGBTQIA rights, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and visibility for peri, menopausal, and postmenopausal women in medieval combat sports.
